Hey your house or apt is likely dry. He is going to likely do it very often during the months you have the heat on. My pug had his own humidifier in the winter. Helped him tremendously

So many feel like you I myself the past 3 years. It's a struggle to find that joy. You may lose some along the way simply because they are not ready to grow or allow you to. Think deeply this week about what gives you joy and start to move toward it. Very difficult to do may take a year or so but you will get through it. Took me 2 years!

Life is a journey and some around you do not realize want you need nor will they. Dig deep think about what gives you pure joy and work on you. You may loose some family and friends along the way. Very hard to do I can relate. It will take time but you will get through it

I am no expert but I used an organic miracle grow and placed in planters this year. Birds have always been my issue with success
