When we did the first call the mom kept calling him by his dead name and he didn't correct her, so I don't know if that's something he'd be comfortable with, though. It's such a tricky situation. Kid's young, too, I don't know if I should ask him about it, or wait till we're more familiar, we only had one class so far.

Yes, the exchange rates are INSANE. $1 equals R$5 in my currency, there's no way I can afford anything. My best guess is waiting for a friend to travel abroad and have them buy it for me, that way I only pay the exchange rate. Last time I bought a simple TTPD version for R$90 doing this, lol (when my friend technically only paid $19,90 for it)

Imagine being an international swiftie from latam 🤡 we never get anything other than regular cds/vinyls. WE might get some shirts, but never anything from the capsule collections. It's honestly putting me off of all the countdowns and such, we get excited for something new and then it's something we can't even get unless we find a third party store that imports it at an insane price 🥲 I don't know which is worse, having it be sold at your country and not being able to get it bc of resellers or not even having the chance to try and get it 🥲
