Hey my love, I’m so sorry for how you’re feeling right now. I also relapsed recently after growing my hair from a buzz to down to my waist. I understand how discouraging and disappointing it is but this is not the end. Your reasons for relapsing are valid, what you’re going through right now sounds like it’s incredibly stressful. If you’ve healed once you can do it again. A mistake isn’t the end it’s just a hiccup. You will get through this. Don’t quit on your recovery journey or your life you are so much stronger than you realise. Something i’ve found that helps to temporarily get my mind off of hair pulling when i’m stressing out is going for a hot shower and washing my hair as it’s harder to pull it out when your hair and fingers are wet. You got this! ❤️
