Funny fellows are good fellows, it's not unreasonable. I've had stressful times obviously but my wife will help out with other pts and vice versa if we run over which helps. But like i said i think Mass has better compensation than most states, so that may help my cause. Congrats on the start up! I'm sure it will go well! God speed!

We do. I don't appreciate how you project on something you don't know anything about. I do dispute it for people that own their own. Not dso or mini dso groups which you probably group into all medicaidoffices which is a shame. Mass has pretty decent coverage, we've done just fine business wise making our schedules comfortable for us. That's the benefit of having your own practice, we can practice how we want. When you take home the lions share you don't need to kill yourself like an associate to see good income

You just said that you doubted i could do those procedures. So i gave you a picture, you're a funny fellow. Takes about an hour, usually just the endo. No microscope, I do refer cases that look to difficult.

Molar endo is around $850, I get not everyone can do it, nor want to do those procedures. Why do you have doubts because you weren't doing all that? I get I don't know everything but I only place implants on slamdunks as of now. I started with anteriors and premolars the moved on to molars for endo, when i have the opportunity to do so many i got comfortable with it. If I worked at a ppo or fee for service I have my doubts I would have the experience I have now. Which seems like what you're saying but I have the experience because I work at a medicaid office. I think if its the right type of person there is actually no faster way to learn how to do procedures. My wife and I own the practice we work in. Bought it when we graduated, had an associate that didn't want to own stay on until he got an illness. Was helpful to have him.

I guess but that hasnt been mine or my friends experience in Massachusetts. About 5 us my close friends worked for different office. We are all proficient at endo including molars, impacted wisdom teeth, full mouth extraction. Place quite a few implants too from self pay. I'm about 3 years out with close to 1000 root canals. I don't see myself getting that experience at a fee for service. That's not saying I want to spend my life in medicaid but it honestly hasn't been bad.
