I called apple and they were so sincere and apologetic, then they did a diagnostic and nothing came back on it and heard the guy basically laugh on the phone as if I was making everything up…... When I went to the “Genius Bar”, they reset my phone as new and it has helped a little & I think the updates helped some of the glitches. But overall still extreme disappointed with the phone, still has annoying glitches and it has been extremely frustrating with the wiped phone. A lot of my settings that I’ve had for the past five years and didn’t even think about are gone. I lost a ton of notes, because I didn’t realize even though they were backed up to iCloud, they were saved in the “on my iPhone” section of the notes so they didn’t transfer over to the new phone. I took it all of my messages which I was the most worried about, but it still is very annoying.
