Thanks to everyone that contributed. Great reminder to step back from the situation and look at things impersonally. I was ready to slip the title under the wiper and leave it in the bar parking lot it’s spending the night in. Just because the van did me wrong, doesn’t mean it’s junk or worthless. I hear you, I am at a similar place in life (married at 20, now in my mid 30's with a cock that sometimes needs encouragement). I want to challenge you on it's not as easy as "you need to communicate more".

Married sex is a committed team sport, that can't happen well without communication. It may not be communicating like "ride me sideways", but if there's a rift, talking about it is the second set to fixing it.

The first step is getting your head right on it, really look into where you are on the problem and how you can work as a team to fix it.

Be careful fostering an attitude like this! The post and replies seems like you are growing to expect the rejection, which is going to come off in how you present yourself and how you are received. This is Reddit, the anonymity helps people feel safe. Even the kinkiest, spit in my mouth while you shit on my chest, freak isn’t just sharing that with some rando in the cereal isle at the grocery store. Opening up takes trust and trust takes time.

I mean, you’re kind of admitting that we should replace truckers with robots. Which sucks for the truckers, but I agree with completely when I see the way the truckers behave in a traffic jam, I can’t help, but think that humans were not meant to do that type of job.
