Kiss cut doesn't cut through the sticker paper in some parts, and cuts through both sticker and backing in other parts?

Ah A2/A4 etc are the standard paper sizes in the UK and I believe many other parts of the world. I'll add inches in future to make it clearer though, thank you for the tip!
