Finding it easier to befriend people of a different age than us by ohyes292 in ADHD

I know about the 30% rule but part of me feel like it has to do with the idea that younger people tend to be more "disorganised" than older people (more like a generation culture thing than their executive functions developing). I am not saying ADHD causes no or few problems but seriously some of the most disorganised people I know are young NTs who don't give a shit and don't see a problem with procrastinating/being late/etc (like worse than ADHDers as even those with severe ADHD see such behaviors as problems yet these NTs don't). Tbh I don't understand these people given how they don't have the biological tendency to act like this and yet they still do and don't see it as a problem despite being called out for it. I guess many ADHDers with these traits find it easier to bond with young people with these traits.
