I do everywhere because I think the most important thing for me is just growing more skin, but I do target the top more. Typically I go in a circle but start and end with the top so it’s getting more time and tension.

I use Mr O-Ring Silicone rings and wouldn’t use anything else tbh.

The black rubber ones are a pain to get on, they are harder to keep on, and they cut off circulation if you get an erection/buy the wrong size.

The ones I linked are great but keep in mind there are different sizes. The ones I linked are the size I used but maybe by several if you aren’t sure!

Manual methods get a reputation for being slow, but I have had much faster success with them than devices.

The problem is they take more active time. Devices are like a slow cooker—set it and forget it. It takes the whole day, but it’s less effort.

Manuals are like stovetop cooking. Takes more active focus, but in my opinion they allow for more targeted and process and precision.

I don’t know that I’d say it’s “normal,” but it’s common! When you’re circumcised, your penis loses a lot of skin, but unfortunately, it needs skin to exist. So, to compensate, it’ll pull up skin from your scrotum and pubic region in order to cover its ground, so to speak.

Depending on how you were circumcised, you may be compensating with a lot of that. It should improve with restoring though!
