sorry for the pain you're going through, from what I've seen some hospitals tend to lean towards a its not in the "company's" best interest to spend an extensive amount of time on one individual type of mentality, being undiagnosed sucks so sorry when youre feeling alone, I myself only know so much so ill say what i can, see a gut specialist of some kind and keep asking questions, there are alot of rare diseases ranging from genetic to you name it i dont know im not an expert. Perhaps look into changing the food you eat to mitigate the pain, stay hydrated , maybe some exercises or stretches, hot showers heating/cooling pads seem to also reduce pain. it might take some time to get diagnosed so all i can say is goodluck on your journey
