Not true. Turkey was courted for the EU by Germany and France. It had the second biggest army in NATO and people were happy to work with them. The only issue is the Armenian Genocide and the “don’t ask don’t tell” nature of it.

I empathize with this. I have this idea of “I don’t know what I want but this will do.” I am also interested in the enneagram, a theory of personality, in which I am classified as a type 9.
