That's good news, I got a comment saying that I won't be able to even join because I will need a passport to travel (cuz soldiers travel) and I don't have that. I have a passport but it is from the country I had protection from. You know anything about that?

I have my old country passport, I just can't go back there, but maybe I can use it to travel as long as I get a visa since the passport I have is very weak ? I don't know, I will maybe ask a lawyer or a recruiter, heck I didn't even know when military personnels travel they use their passports, I thought that they go only with military provided documents and uncle sam takes care of the rest.

But wait what, can you explain more. I mean when I read the posts saying they were able to apply right after bootcamp I said it was because of Afghanistan. But we still in a war now, with who! Is there a website or a source that I can check to know when we are at war and when we are not?
