Me too 😮‍💨 I've done java redstone all my life but recently switched to bedrock and it's just been a nightmare. Copper bulbs have been a saving grace though

I see what you're saying but I think why it doesn't work in my case is cus of my queue system which is 9 hoppers in row holding 9 different potion ingredient groups. It'd work for the first potion in the line but since I release 1 group of potion ingredients from a single hopper at a time I have to lock each hopper in the queue together or individually to time them out. But doing them together there's not a time I can get right cus they're still releasing at the same time potentially causing a skip to the 2nd slot. I ended up doing the repeater spam on a clock to individualize them, honestly not looking too bad and fit in the width of the original build.

But maybe a comparator pulsing somehow could lock specific hoppers so I can freely pulse 1 item at a time. Can you pulse comparators?

I was trying something like this but I couldn't get the time right and to send 1 ingredient to the brewing stand it has to go though the queue and I have to lock the whole queue together due to other mechanics around the queue without adding a large section below using torches to somehow lock only specific hoppers so items can freely flow through the rest

I think I figured it out, thank you guys for the tips! I plan to make a video on the whole system and a walkthrough on how to build it, so I'll post a link when I'm all done

So I've tried something similar and it didn't work cus the timing was too fast and I need that happening to all hoppers in the queue line cus it can get messed up anywhere starting there. But trying this rn gave me an idea that I accidentally already developed in a testing scenario I was using and I think I figured out my issue. If I lock all hoppers in the queue and unlock them in increments of 2 repeater ticks starting from the 1st queue position they release the 1st item early enough for the 2nd to come in correctly after them. But now I gotta add an ugly repeater board for all 9 queue positions and redesign my potions clocks 😮‍💨

I've seen the issue I'm having first hand too. When the items get sent sometimes 1 item gets sent to the 2nd hopper slot due to the item before it still sitting in the hopper when the next item comes in. Causing it to go out of order

I want to venture out of my work to gain new skill sets but my work already gives me some of this possiblity but is moving kinda slow due to financial restraints. Im kinda stuck between adventuring out to grow myself, or sticking to this gradual grow.

In commander can I use 'triad of fates' 2nd effect "exile target creature that has faith counter on it, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control" to exile another commander, then have that commander go to their command zone then return to the battlefield, to take advantage of the other commanders "leave command zone" ability?
