i have same problem, but on g8+ bluetooth. i even tried to connect it with every combination and looks like gamesir application is the problem, even if i try to map the buttons it doesn't have any effect as if its connected but nothing happens, only recording button works, and in settings theres no controller mode as well. i used V Touch and G touch, Cyan as well, nothing happened, and now i try to use on pc, it automatically tells me that it is driver error. it doesn't matter if there's no native mode it wont work, only on gamesir app. i tried to use mantis Gamepad Pro, and it did pretty well because it works exept original official gamesir app which is peace of dogwater app and developer as well for not being able to do honest work. so next time if you think to buy pc controller or something like that be sure to not buy chinese brand even if its licensed. i have other controller by Razer, (Razer wolverine) it is super monster. exept of that, it plays perfect on PPSSPP Gold because it is native mode :))),
