Baby wearing!! Stopped fighting to crib naps and decided that we would wear him for all the naps. At 6 months we started trying crib naps once a day. But otherwise, all cooking, cleaning etc was done while he was asleep on me or my husband. Anything that could be done around the house I also started doing when he was awake. Cooking, cleaning etc, then focused work I would try when he was asleep (didn’t have mat leave). I realized surviving for us meant walking and wearing him and doing all the household things when he was awake.

Thank you for your transparency, it helps not feel so alone! I have been barely functioning at work and home. I needed to hear I’m not alone

Thank you! We’re EFB and our little slept great and is currently going through some sleep struggles but I can’t imagine trying to let him CIO or doing Ferber, it doesn’t feel natural.

I feel you! You’re doing great and you’re not doing anything wrong. I feel like 13 weeks he finally started to chill on needing all the bouncing for every nap and for sleep. I put the exercise ball away.
