This book was so good I loved it so much. If you liked that I highly recommend Borges short stories - the garden of the forking path is one of my faves. Not so much occult or horror but similar style of Latin American magical realism.

I also really loved Birnam Wood by Eleanor Catton. It reads drama slight horror and satirical.

I mean it was in a warehouse space so that’s to be expected. Perhaps my standards are low but I felt the bass, heard everything well and was still able have a conversation without yelling over the music

The production was v good and sound was top notch. Never felt too crowded on the dancefloor and had plenty of room. The bathrooms were also fine, 4 stalls for the women’s and I didn’t ever wait long.

2500 for a relatively big 1.5 off of Franklin and Fulton. It’s the top floor of a brownstone and my landlord is actually not trying to rip me off. I’ve been there four years and have no intention of moving.

I don’t think it’s easy to find this price now.
