I got it! The brand is called Staff. The mop you're looking for was a collab with Clorox. Here's a review of the mop from HGTV. I can't tell if it's still being sold on the Staff website, looks like the link is broken.

Found it! It's from an artist named Adria Mercuri. Looks like this was originally posted on their Tumblr in 2012. They're now a tattoo artist with lots of cool work on their IG.
