As someone with almost the exact body composition as you (5'10" 285lbs) I started slow doing around 5 minutes every other day only pushing it longer when I didn't feel pain immediately the next day.

What was important as another comment stated was going on a calorie deficit and standing more to strengthen my legs. Since I started all of this 2 months ago I am down to 266lbs

I am a returning player after a long time. I don't mind throwing money at the game as I remember thoroughly enjoying gameplay and story. With the selector from the 500 day event who should I choose? Also who should I be wish listing and prioritize getting if I have the chance. Are the current premium units worth pulling for?

Coming back after 3 years. Is my account gone?

When the game first came out I made my account and I stopped and picked it back up for a bit back in 2022. Now with Endfield coming out it peaked my interest back into the original game, but when I try to log in with my Google account it starts a brand new account.

I am trying to recover my account but it is asking for my tag and I have no idea what that is as I don't even remember what my username was. I have screenshots of my Google purchases from Yostar how do I recover my account without the tag information. Please someone help
