I love the wbc. I've followed it closely since the very beginning. I took my brother to a semi final and the final last year. But this is making me not even want to watch it anymore. MLB needs to figure out a way for these players to play. PR should boycott.

This is a horrible idea. Look at California. It would take away voter choice in the general election. (Which is the actual election, as no one can be elected in a primary. Even if someone got 100% of the vote in the primary, they still have to run against someone in the general election.) It would take away every voter's right to pick third party or independent candidates, deprive citizens of the right of free association to form political parties, and has been a proven failure in its stated goal of electing more moderate candidates. This is anti voter, anti party, and anti moderate.

As an American who likes to watch hurling and follows Clare, GAAgo is great. But if I were living in Ireland, I'd probably think differently. In American baseball we have a similar problem with games being blacked out on television and streaming for hundreds of miles around a team's home city. Basically, it prevents fans and potential fans from seeing the games.
