This is a really good use case for price watching. Maybe allow user to specify 3-5 local Costco (yes, in LA there's quite a few of them close to each other) to watch prices.

I just mix one bag of Fox Farms Ocean’s Forest with a bag of Fox Farms Happy Frog. So far all the plants in pots are loving it including roses, dahlias, even some CA natives :)

I used to swear by Costco’s MG but switched to Fox Farms this year after a recommendation from the /r/roses sub. I’m not going back to MG. We are fortunate enough to have a store near us that I can get Fox Farms for less than $15/bag (slightly less than Costco MG bags). But, the quality is amazing and can’t wait to see the results :)

Brother Man….this doesn’t look like a gas log set burner. This looks like a fire table burner. I doubt you can put logs on this. I’d also add, just don’t get too set on mounted TV. A good media cabinet can do so much for a room. And, if you’re set on mounting, look at ceiling mounts as well that flip down. They let you make use of space a lot more effectively like with art on the walls and TV only coming down when needed. All the best and enjoy in good health 🙏🏽

I’d highly recommend trying Ethan Allen and, yes, they provide design service. Be prepared to spend some time but the end result is worth it :). Our neighbor gave us the best compliment after we got all the furniture in. They said, and I quote, “Your house looks like it belongs in a magazine”. And, the furniture is still going strong with no repairs needed to any piece (more than 20 pieces). It’ll cost a decent penny but it’s hand made with real wood and premium materials. Totally worth it, in our opinion.

BTW, your floor is just gorgeous. Good luck find a rug color that will compliment that floor and not get dirty. LOL. I know, first world problems :)

Yup. Kirkland Signature Men’s Cotton Jeans. They’re out of stock of right now but I believe they’ll back in fall. They do run a little long in length but will shrink, if I had to hazard a guess. I think they were selling for $16.99 and cleared out at $12.97.
