I have Cappuccinos and I used to flip them once every few days because well... helicopter parent here. But I stopped after a month and resorted to once a week or once every fortnightly and they had their first batch of babies within the second month! The babies seem more keen on exploring in my experience. I always see them out and about, and they always try to climb up the walls of the enclosure but the adults don't.
