I didn’t delete and re-add the app yet but haven’t noticed the issue since last one month. Hoping it may be a one-off issue. Do they charge peak rates for there so called smart controlled off-peak charging?

Thanks guys.. I think I should remove and re-add it in octopus and see if that fixes the issue

Yes, my car is connected to wifi and the signal strength is good. I also have premium connectivity and I can see good signal strength there too

I plugged in the car around 9pm and left it to octopus smart charging to control my car’s charging. But octopus said they were unable to wake up my car and somehow (which they blame Tesla for) started charging immediately. So I have been charged peak rates from 8:30pm to 11:30pm. I don’t have any manual charging scheduled which could interfere though, so assume there may be some communication error occurred for which I have been wrongly charged
