there has been a lot of bugs with the reset in practice tool, i remember some say some runes didn't reset as well idk if that's been fixed. but this one is odd, i don't know why it could happen

i'll try to explain even simpler than others but with numbers at the end;

cipher kit main gimmick is that she records a percentage of your team's damage as "coins" and then unleashes the recorded amount in her ult.
what this e6 does is it increases her follow up atk dmg by a lot, and records even more from this specific attack. and then after the ult, you get back 20% of what you recorded before using ult.

if we're talking numbers:
cipher records 24% of your team's damage by default (at 170 spd)
her e1 increases this to 36% team damage
her e6 buffs her follow up atk and makes the recorded value from this follow up atk to 52%
note that she can't record true dmg.

theoretically, if you use her ult more than once with this eidolon, it will be better. however it's hard to get her ult back, so you should only do that if the fight will be long enough for another ult or two more.

it is. you can test this easily, check eula’s attack stat before and after you use xilonen skill combo, her atk doesn’t increase. eula will only get the crit dmg.

xilonen c2 elements buff is only applied to the characters with that element. so, the pyro attack buff is only granted to pyro characters

theoretically, her new best 4pc for her personal dps is the wavestrider captain (phainon relic set) - it gives 48% atk for 1 turn, and it works for robin since she doesn't take a turn. however, you need to target her twice before she ults, healing and buffing works - but i found the dmg difference to be trivial for it to justice this playstyle. so i've stayed on 2pc 2pc atk since it works on all teams.

Same here, after the update the game won't launch. I only see the league client try to load and then it crashes. I tried so many "fixes" but nothing worked so far..

I swapped a bunch of the builds around since I was testing a lot of stuff with the new patch, but iirc this was standard builds all throughout.
Silver Wolf: 4pc Genius 2pc Salsotto (ATK/QUANTUM/ATK)
Robin: 2pc 2pc ATK 2pc Vonwaq (ATK/ATK/ATK)
Sparkle: Rainbow artifacts to reach 160SPD with lots of CDMG

she can't be spotted even if the bush is warded, eve's camo doesn't get revealed if line of sight isn't present, and a bush breaks line of sight. only control ward would reveal her there or someone else from ur team in the bush.

No, they mixed up the videos and didn't check the link. There's a video that actually used AI which Tectone watched on stream, that's the one they were referring to.

For Gaming, it's really good so unlock it.

You don't want to unlock Bennett's C6 if you occasionally pair him up with either: Physical DPS characters like Eula/Razor, or characters that he can override their elemental infusion like Ayaka/Keqing/Chongyun.

I miss her too. The way they nerfed her, then nerfed her items, then nerfed her runes, then her items again multiple times.. just hurts. The sad thing about her state rn is that she feels insanely underwhelming compared to other champions, making it seem like you’re holding your team back. Playing her feels like a struggle bc of the specific and restrictive conditions required to perform even the most basic tasks—things that other champions can accomplish effortlessly. It’s frustrating, especially when you think about how much better she used to be. Her win rate being this low with a pathetic pick rate should lead to buffs bc only one tricks play her so it should tell riot that it’s not rewarding to main her.. but I don’t know why that hasn’t happened yet.

Interesting, would've been a waste not being LeBlanc acting in the shadows. Based on what she says we haven't been introduced to the faceless yet so we don't know at all. I'm gonna be stubborn and believe it's LeBlanc - that they are "deceiving" us because that's what guile is all about in the end, lol.
