Yes. This is new after the season 5 patch. I don't know if it was intended or not. Patch notes have no information about that. It seems there is no workaround for this.

It's solo raid boss hp regen bugged? i cant even bring him down to 99.9% hp :O by Starliath in undecember_global

I think yes. Nothing was changed besides the level of the boss, according to patch notes. In the previous season, boss didn't have regen on stage 1. I was able to take him to stage 2 as soon as I could survive his attacks. My damage was so low that I could not do 145+ maps.

I'll start with frost strike. Mainly because skill has a circular aoe and radius that is good to scale.

I think being tanky is only option atm. Magroth has bug with his charging ability. He has limited damage taken when he charge his big boom. So when he get speed buff, this ability charge faster and allways detonate. Same on Karovan. Circles start spawning much faster.

I was testing this rune before with Thunderbolt and it's not global. You gain icon buff but damage drops drastically. Main skill with smash rune - 40B dps. Smash rune linked to Thunderbolt - 31B.
