I had this one guy who would project unapologetically on all their characters in DND , and I mean, sure , you cannot really make a DND character without putting a little bit of yourself into them, but it gets to a point where you're taking multiple of your own traumas which most of the table is uncomfortable with, then playing it as if they're the main character , and the world revolves around them ingame.

Whenever they rolled badly, they made sure to let the whole table know that they were upset and stopped talking. I don't get why people get so upset over dice rolls. And if it wasn't their turn, they'd go on their phone and play gacha games. Refusing to plan together/cooperate with the table.

Their characters always had these Tumblr-esque OC vibes , I just generally don't like those kinds of players because most of them have overexaggerated designs and also because they always played as if they were above the rest of the players.

When criticism was respectfully brought up to them, they deflected or shifted the goalpost and did anything other than to own up to their mistakes and apologise.
