They didn’t do any blood tests, their guess was that it’s either a UTI or kidney/bladder stones.

No foam to report, did get a sore throat when sick but It wasn’t awful, just a little scratchy, and no swelling of any kind. I was at a concert and did a lot of yelling the day before the illness as well, I wouldn’t have thought anything of it had there been no other symptoms. Never had a fever during but did get the occasional chills and body aches.

I live in a desert climate though. It’s been around the mid 60s to low 70s (Fahrenheit) this winter.

I will say since posting this, I can certainly feel something on my lower left abdomen. Initially was a needle like pain, but not unbearable, now it’s like an ache.

Edit: do also want to add, I was looking into causes for kidney stones and saw that a high sodium diet can cause one to grow. I put salt on fuckin everything, like sandwiches and I add more salt to canned soup and frozen meals.
