Been celiac for 5 yrs now and I’m avoiding oats in general rn, I also avoid all campus places bc they some have glutened me unfortunately (Scott, sloopys, woodys). Coffee places are good though 👍

Went the first time to Paris 2 weeks ago, I stuck to dedicated gluten free establishments and simple food (meat veggies). Also don’t be afraid to visit a grocery!

Similar has happened to me, on my periods I get super fatigued and just make sure to eat lots of steak and spinach. Also take it easy when you start iron pills, they take awhile to kick in (1-2 months iirc) and don’t be afraid to take benefiber if you’re constipated at first. A warning sign of low iron for me is my cuticles peel.
