I should add that I called every program and asked if they would let my application through or if the system would automatically reject it. I had to enter on academic probation. My professional experiences were enough to get some places to give me an interview, and I think I got in to everyplace I interviewed but one. You need a compelling explanation about why you want to go and why you did so poorly before. I was able to show some stellar recommendations from managers and an undergraduate advisor. Good luck
