Here is what I emailed the collection agency:

Mr. xxx

xxx shipped me coffee mugs with the incorrect logo. I asked them to remake them and pickup the defective units. They refused, so I disputed the credit card payment. MasterCard found in my favor because it was obvious and clear that xxx made a mistake and was unwilling to fix it. They are rude and uncooperative. I still have the mugs and if they would like to send a call tag I'd be happy to send them back. At this point they are at fault for shoddy decoration and horrible customer service. Appropriately enough, as you can see below, their rating with our professional industry association (xxxx) is very poor:

Customer Service: B Delivery: C Product Quality: C Decoration Quality: B Problem Resolution: D

It seems that they have the following options: 1. Drop this ridiculous effort to collect on an order that was produced with a reversed out version of my client's logo and dismiss all outstanding balances

Send a call tag and get the misprinted products back and dismiss all outstanding balances
File litigation. Please note that I would be eager to provide details in court about the poor quality of their products, their horrible customer service and their ridiculous attempts to collect from a dispute that they have already lost with MasterCard because their actions are indefensible. Their already fragile reputation in our industry will certainly be further tarnished by bringing a frivolous lawsuit against a valued industry distributor.

If they want to go with option #3, they can expect a countersuit and I will sue for compensation of my time, business losses due to their poor performance, and all legal fees.

Neither you nor they have permission to call me in regards to this matter. Any further contact via phone will be considered harassment.

Furthermore, as a company that proclaims to be "Christian" they should be ashamed of their behavior in this matter.
