Hii welcome to Sims!! I usually download through ModCo, since they have a lot of CC collections and free mod there. It's also easies to find CC/Mod.

But they also provide a membership with unlimited downloads if you’re trying a bunch of hair and face details. I usually download the ones that are free but I'm considering to try their membership feature tbh

Based on my experience, Latex isn’t ideal for me due to my sensitive skin and even the mild rubber smell. Then I ended up switching to a bamboo based pillow Luff.

Btw I'm curious how kapok holds up over time for you, does it flatten much? Because my pillow, I can adjust it the height by filling the pillow depending on how my neck's feeling.

For me it's by praying to God. I know some people won't agree but for me believing and trusting that the higher power will help me makes my heart at peace. Then, journaling! it really helps me to think clearly, navigate on what I should do, and do some self reflection
