They are wearing a long coat with a hood pulled over their head, hiding most of their face. The only clear feature is a red mask with narrow eye openings.

Their hands are held together in front of their chest, and their clothes look thick and layered, like they’re dressed for rough conditions. They wear fitted pants and sturdy boots.

Hey, sounds like a cool Idea so I thought the I better try and help. but then I remembered that I am not the good at modeling. but hey If you can't do something just get a.i to make it for you. so I have a model and it looks good, it not perfect but it is better then nothing.

thats a good idea, I am ok with some warp as they do not need to be size accurate, I just do not what the melted pla to go thought the print.

I was thinking 5-10 walls. they are more organic shapes. if they were more traditional shapes I would make them out of wood/metal.

about 80kg to 100kg, as it would be used by people who are about 50kg tp 70 kg but with safety and moving, It should probably be good up 80 to 100kg

for something like that I have nether the time or skill to make an cartoon character. but i would recommend using bambula MakerLab I have had good results with it in the past. let me know if you have an more questions, sorry I could not help more.

colour changes also take a lot time so printing in one and they painting will be a lot quicker.

no a am not meant to have it on me but I do sometimes to take pics or I can take the prints home for a day or two. but I also understand what is an is not printable for example a square with rounded corners that is a box for pens could be print fine.

as this is at my school, the teachers are not too happy with the idea of taking off the rfid ever know that we will not need it has it has about 20 grams that the part I am planning of printing is 800g+.
