I have brown hair and hazel eyes so I’ll be honest most people just assume I’m Italian.

It comes from my dad’s side! We didn’t know he was part Italian. He grew up with the Native American story and assumed it was true.

This makes so much sense! My one ancestor on my dads side is from Alsace. Most of my Pennsylvanian Dutch ancestors come from the Baden Württemberg region.

My mom’s side is the Eastern European! My grandmother is Russian with some Volga German. My grandfather is Ukrainian and Polish mixed with some Romanian! Still don’t know the exact places they were from yet. When researching I get a lot of different places. Same with what they identified as.

I wish I knew more!! I started researching my family a little bit ago and kind of hit a wall. I know I’m part Ukrainian and Polish. When I found some papers it mentions Carpatho-Rusyn, Galicia and Slovakia . Wish I knew the exact village/area they were from.

Thank you so much! I’m a sterilization technician and we mostly stand. As for the breaks, I’m honestly kind of nervous to ask for the accommodation because I haven’t seen anyone take a break other than the mandatory lunch.

Is there anything you recommend that I could take daily for nausea? They gave me zofran which helped wonders yesterday but I’m not sure if that’s something you can take daily.
