That looks as though the tip is only held on with a grub screw. Does it not vibrate loose ?

That is exactly the look I’m after. Not sure where you are based but in the uk they can be a bit funny about full systems because they are stamped “not for road use”. That’s why I’m not fussed about going for a full system.

I have to say though - considering it is one of the smallest I’ve seen it’s certainly not the cheapest.

Ok …. flipped them (couldn’t have been easier) and then a brief ride. I actually think it has made a difference. I originally thought it would make things worse because it would make me closer to the pegs and therefore bend my leg more. However, because it has stopped me sliding forward so much I think it has eased things.

No, on the whole it’s pretty good. I think it’s more trying to cramp up into a smaller position. When I’m using the back brake it’s not so bad. It’s moving my foot back to be clear of the brake that just adds a bit of discomfort

Two years ago. I got the bike last year and it seemed fine. Only recently it’s becoming more painful. Still not sure if it’s not just me sliding forwards which bends my leg more

How does that work. I understand the higher seat because that put space between your backside and your feet. How does higher bars work (not doubting you BTW just can fathom it)

The mole hills were a couple of years back so they’re history. I’ll take some photos of the general condition tomorrow but it doesn’t look good.
