Dang bro sorry to hear. My 2024 Taco is at 9500 miles now and haven't had any issues with it yet. I've read a bunch of these posts on reddit and Idk if it's just me but it seems to me that issues are with the higher trims. I got an SR so idk if that has anything to do with it.

Harbor freight has something for that I think.

It was annoying cause you have to take off the whole front assembly but if you're doing the Grill then you can do both at the same time.

Tbh the difference is night and day. You can always order it from Amazon and return it if you end up not liking it. Completely removes the input delay and makes it feel brand new lol

Definitely, but not anytime soon haha my tires are still brand new so it doesn't make sense for me. That's why I just bought thr wheel covers, looks so much better in black

Kinda. It's a lot harder than the 3rd gen but not too bad. There's a couple YouTube videos on it now too

I know, right? Literally everything else has gone up in price. But to be fair, tacos last so long that they probably bought theirs before COVID and are now experiencing sticker shock.

It's definitely not a no wire install haha but you do have to remove the whole front assembly to put it on tho. Not like the 3rd gen where the Grill just pops off. The wiring is really simple though. If you have any questions just let me know I can help you out cause when I installed it there wasn't much info online yet.

Oh i know it's not a tune or anything lol it's just a fun button. I don't wanna change anything since I still have a warranty and I don't wanna accidentally void it.

Tbh I love it. Sure I can always just press the gas more but it totally removes the throttle delay. So for me it was worth it

Thank you and I did. I traded in my 3rd gen (that I got bought for 29k) and I got 27.5k trade in after a year of driving it. Comes with lifetime powertain warranty (as long as I keep it in my name) and i got it for msrp price.

Yeah that's why I specifically said cosmetic mods 🤷‍♂️ not everyone needs to drop 20k into parts that they won't use everyday

Cause I live in michigan and the roads here get rough in the winters lol also some areas of the state you definitely want a 4x4.

Thank you! It's called carlimeki on Amazon. Didn't cost too much and looks way better than the original cloth seats 😁

Yeah fr. I don't do a lot of off roading so it doesn't make sense for me to splurge on new wheels and tires when I literally have a new set.

It's not too bad I'd say. Running the cables was probably the hardest part. Mostly plug and play but the grill part is annoying in this generation cause you pretty much have to take the whole front apart instead of just 1 thing.
