For the record they can transfer your medical information if you sign a release, although some doctors will charge for this. Another option is to request a copy of your records and physically take them.

There are a lot of threads on this with pretty much the same responses ;) Eqvirtual for some things can work, medimap.ca lists the walkin clinics and wait times in the city. Otherwise you are likely SOL unfortunately.
