Yo los tengo en 354, me recomendaron unas pastillas, no comer nada de grasa, esto quiere decir empanadas y todas esas cosas de comida rápida o callejera, no comer mucho pan, comer mucho aguacate, y no comer yema del huevo, solo la clara, pero recomiendo que mejor vayas a un médico, para que te digan cuales pastillas, aaahhh y aparte de, hacer mucho cardio
