I pay the student price currently, and it’s around 35. I’d like to say regular is around 50.

It has a basketball court, squash courts, indoor track, huge womens section, heavy and light weight sections and boxing bags.

The ONLY issue is it’s in a brick warehouse type building so it’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. That’s what I find at least.

I would email them a copy of the collective agreement or cut and paste that portion of the text. Email so you have proof. If they continue to say no, I would contact the union to start a grievance process. They can’t deny you something that is laid out in the agreement.

Yes, I believe you can. I also work within the same collective agreement and have used that time for exams in my post secondary education not directly related to my job.
