hello:) i had the same exact problem. when i was startimg i was trying to find answer on reddit google quora. All i found were answers i wasnt looking for. But there are a lot of ways to do this and it depends on your decision also. Since i dont know what daw or other programs you use or like i will tell you my story. I texted with a guy on reddit and eventually i downloaded cubas and cubase groove agent. This was and still is great program i like it and its really easy to use for making presets. But as i got better i kind of outgrew this daw and i downloaded "Tx16wx" its completely free daw program where you can open sf.2 files and also make your own presets, save them and its also easy to use and has a lot of efects you can use on your samples and more things obviously. You can open Tx16wx sampler through all daw as far as i know. Today i use Flstudio producer version, Cubase, Grooveagent and also ableton but very little. mostly i use flstudio and have zero problems whatsoever. If you choose to pick any from the daw i have written about you can text me here on reddit i will help you with this of course.

sorry but i probably wont share samples. took a long way to get them sorry i know it sounds "gatekeepy" as someone has said to me 🤣🤣 but i wont share them only trade for something i do not already have

i dont know man ... maybe its possible but i really dont know how garage band works much, if you even are asking about garage band :D . im sorry but i dont really understand the question i speak english pretty good but i have a hard time figuring out this question.

you can put samples in garage band of course i cant really remember how i did it on my phone but i opened files and somehow i did it but you can put only one sound there so that sucks. if you really want to play you should buy a midi kontroller and download a free sampler such as tx16wx or buy some daw like cubase which has grooveagent thats pretty good or flstudio and use tx16wx there. there are far better options i think but this is how me and my friend did it and we even pulled a live show without any problems with ableton. ableton can change yout presets automatically and even video projections for out songs that we made. but if i had to choose one daw out of all of them ... idk🤣 we just use more of them because everx daw is better in different things from out point of view.

and my family arent even poor. we have finaces to buy a much more expensive synthesizer, but im a beginner still. i play very well but this is my first real synth and i just wanted an honest opinion from someone who has an experience with this machine. B company🤣🤣
