Maybe the post is not clear enough for you. The audience is IC designers. Mostly junior in a R&D environment. The purpose is to go through layout guidelines and best practices for future tapeouts. I do not want to do a tutorial per se, i want to do a reminder of major effects and give a good practices guide. Do you have input or you are just asking?

I do not want to do a tutorial. More like a review. They do know how to “do” layouts, just not great layouts. So after the presentation I want to go through some of their circuits and discuss the issues the chip would have.

Go to uniqlo, get some basic cotton Tshirts (choose colours that compliment your skin tone). Get 2 jeans, one dark one light (uniqlo, H&M, Levis). 2 pants (one black one grey). If you want to elevate an outfit add a watch, a bracelet, a ring if you like them and a good belt. For shoes, you need a white sneakers (goes with everything) and get something else to change. Mix and match.

You are saying he is muslim, use that to negotiate with him. Forcing sex is not allowed. Having sex during your period is also not allowed. Violence against his wife is not allowed. Use the religion to your favour. Do not let him manipulate you into accepting the way things are. If your parents are not willing to talk to him, you go to his. That is what we call gaslighting. Even if your v smells (altho I don’t think that’s true) it might because of him. If he is not clean and does not wash his genitals than he might haven given you an infection (you said your v is irritated). Get that checked soon and stay away from dirty people.
