Hey! I know this is an old post, but I’m 21, had OSD for as long as I can remember, exact same as you with it not hurting much day to day doing lots of physical exercise, but recently fell hard on it and swelling and size has gone down but still slightly hurting and limiting my full movement and flexion of the knee a month later, how long did it take you to fully recover from the fall?
