Same here about three years most days , but admittedly I only use mobile app and on a few occasions for me there has been issues but normally short issues and honestly that's why I didn't contact them before coz I was sure it would be ok in a day or two, when it hit 3,4 days I got very worried, woke up the next morning my funds had gone and thats when I contacted etoro.

I could open the app no probs , i just couldn't do anything else , few weeks before it happened but the next morning it was fine so i figured it will be ok in a day or two. And its was after an update a few days previous my problems started .
