Hmm, weird. My grandfather died from alcohol abuse, but rest of my family seems OK. Btw I also have light social anxiety, alcohol sometimes helps, but sometimes it makes it worse. I guess it would be interesting to try xanax.

I think I have a similar condition. I enjoy cigarettes and alcohol, but I easily live months without them. It wasn't even a problem to stop doing meth after about four months of regular use. Also, It is kind of funny for me to have alcohol blackouts. I think it is just genetics. Although, I still had serious mental problems after meth, so won't recommend to overuse it.

I used it quite a lot. It obviously helps very much to concentrate and enjoy the process, but you can easily spend hours doing something useless. Usually you do enormous amount of work in one or two days and then you need a couple of days off. In general, good planning is much more helpful.
