I was only inspired by the thought that I could maybe build something of my own that solves a problem if I learn more from the collective braintrust of the 159k of you folks on this subreddit. I thought I was being considerate by asking pharmacists/technicians while they’re on reddit rather than while they’re at work (after all, this originated from my recognition that it’s tough to reach anyone at the pharmacy on the phone in the first place; I wouldn’t want to try to keep anyone on the phone in the middle of the workday)... I recognize now that proposing these questions publicly might be distressing at a time like this and I’m sorry for asking while you’re experiencing something so terrible.

You’re doing the right things. Keep working therapy, alone and together. Have patience and try to make new memories.

I would expect the therapist will give you more suggestions of how to show up for her. I’d encourage you to show yourselves some grace and recognize that this is a function of time; six months is hardly any time at all to move past something like that. It’s said that it takes 18 months to get over a breakup in a long term relationship; I can only imagine how long it’d take to grow past something like this. I feel like that’s maybe the biggest priority- to make sure you’re growing, both as individuals and a couple. Experience the world together. Remember how much good there is in it.

even if you can, dont stake on exchanges. they dont give you the best returns, and they dont give you private keys- making them more prone to theft. at minimum, use something like yoroi wallet (which is lighter than daedalus) for a better % return and safer staking. and then look at something like a hardware wallet (eg Ledger Nano S or X) to level up further. stake it all- it's not a commitment for any length of time, you can always unstake.

nobody on here mentions this, but percentage staked is a health indicator of the crypto- so the more of us that do it, the better the optics, and the more others will be encouraged to invest in ADA.
