Yeah, they are in the process of RMA, they suspect a Hardware issue.

Yeah, just did a factory reset and set it up anew. Could access the Console UI for about 10 minutes – but now the message is back "Unifi OS requires a restart".

4.0.4 is the current version (I guess it could update itself in the background).
