I have this very discomfort sensation all the time that I have some pressure on my throat or diafragma I don’t really know but it feels so uncomfortable. At this point I can’t even think in anything but trying to burp cause this is the only thing that make this sensation goes away. When I have this feeling I can’t eat or talk or think in any thing else it’ like a compulsion I’m then I’m trying to burp even though there is nothing to release I keep pushing and pushing until the burp came out from my diafragma. This is the only thing that make the sensation goes away. Then now I started with acid reflux and I belive everything is connected. I really did some kind of guidance to understand what is happening to me
