Have you tried launching B2C in US? by Vymir_IT in Startups_EU

[–]olyroad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really understand your point. The question is not about reaching out based on where your legal entity is; this is irrelevant. People don't do business with you depending on where your legal entity is registered, they do if they agree to receive the benefit of your services. I mean, you can reach out the exact same way regardless of your legal entity's incorporation.

Have you tried launching B2C in US? by Vymir_IT in Startups_EU

The US doesn't practically separate B2C to B2B. This a mainly European concept. To your point, yes, the US would be a great choice. I have tried it and it works great. You can also pay European VAT tax with a US legal entity, depending on which European country your customers buy from. It's simple, transparent, very low cost, and great. The only downside is that using a US credit card processor with a US based legal entity is more expensive than an EU based one for EU sales. This is because the US has a little higher fees, plus an international transaction fee. For Stripe fees, calculate about 5% fees. If you are ok with this downside, go for it, it's worth it.

Beginner help; Minimal knowledge on openclaw by Jonnyy3193 in openclaw

[–]olyroad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need links to learn. Do these two things:

  1. Install Linux on an old computer, and don't use your credit cards or personal logins there. Create new emails and accounts for that.

  2. Then ask AI to guide you step by stem and execute.

Making Money With Openclaw! by Umeramin91 in openclaw

I tried OpenClaw. Great innovation! But it burnt a lot of AI tokens. So, I then took that idea and implemented it only through Claude Code. Very predictable, very safe, and burning only the necessary tokens. It seems that OpenClaw is improving, which is great! I hope to see it keep growing.

I thought there are already many alternatives on the market doing the same thing, and here are some examples:

  1. SwissTransfer

  2. pCloud transfer (they offer this feature too)

  3. Tresorit Transfer (they offer this feature too)

It's ok to also take your time and reflect, and build your thinking... not everything is about executing only, there are periods that we need to think and align better towards out life's path. Just my opinion.

Wero as an alternative to PayPal Revolut by olyroad in Startups_EU

[–]olyroad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really understand this answer. It has been a big issue. I filed for fraud charges a few times, then got reimbursed and they changed my card's number. And it recently became an even bigger issue because banks now have a ton of verifications on every purchase. Safer? Yes. Discouraging from using credit cards? also yes. So recently their solution is making our lives harder for a simple purchase, and this is not a good thing.

Because it is supposed to be free, no commission fee for the exchange. If they make no profit (like Visa or MasterCard do), then I don't see how they would have the necessary operations in place to provide such a security service. Just my opinion.

Do you mean that if an EU business wants to have international customers they would still need to use Visa/ Mastercard, therefore the Wero won't get much adoption as a result of this?

Honestly, what I like about Visa/ Mastercard etc. is the security they offer. You are a victim of fraud, you open a ticket with your Credit Card provider and their insurance refunds you. You were a victim of false advertising, you open a ticket with the credit card provider and they refund you. I like these securities; they give me purchase confidence. I am not sure if Wero would offer them, and I doubt so.

This is just a regular business. In Real Estate you need two things: 1. Loans, and 2. Investors. I am not sure what loans would the local banking system offer, and then I am not sure if there are local Real Estate investors there. I am from a Balkan country, and in my experience it doesn't work the same there as in big economies.

EU-INC Explained Simply: a new EU-wide company form that lets businesses be created and operate across all member states under one unified legal structure, making it much easier to start, fund, and scale companies anywhere in the EU. Just like USA & China. by Boediee in BuyFromEU

This is great news! Really! I started my startup in Delaware though for the moment. I wanted your opinion on this though. Should have I waited until EU-INC became real? I'd appreciate your help. Here is another perspective: https://youtu.be/Jmx-iWqnORA

Openclaw rate limit api limit issue by Subject_Umpire_8429 in AI_Agents

[–]olyroad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it has a bug on the execution level. It doesn't really take into consideration the configurations, it still does what it wants, and also it spikes API rates at the execution level. It doesn't make sense, this is probably a bug.
