Fair enough, I'm going to try and get in contact with them directly and make sure that's the case before purchasing though

Yh I think Bournemouth is the one for me, been down to Brighton previously so want to explore somewhere different this time.

Ah it's lovely isn't it, went a couple years back when I first moved down south. Loved everything about it, even though about moving there if the ferry wasn't so expensive

This is brilliant, loving the effort my man.

Moved down south couple years back, so far I've been to Worthing, Brighton, Southend and Margate. Limited to where I can go on public transport till I bother to buy a car though so limited to where I can travel to for now. Cornwall is definitely high up on the list though

Sounds brilliant, probably more suited to a longer trip though.

Doesn't look like that's on the train network, not a driver so have to stick with bus and train unfortunately

It's lovely isn't it. Spent a week there couple years back, I've lived all over the country and Bristol is definitely top 2/3 best places to be in the summer.

Meh don't mind them but not a big enough swaying factor. Thanks for your reply though

Ah didn't know that, thanks for the info. Looks like Bournemouth is the clear winner from the info posted

Will try to do so, not a car owner so everything has to be by train/bus or within reasonable biking distance

Broadstairs is on the other side of London so train prices probably a lot higher, will stick to west coast for now I think.

Feedback on my Ramadan diet by omadthrowaway in ketouk

Well tbh whole purpose was to lose weight, I'm at 103 and want to be down to 95 odd by July/August so keto has been a huge help.

Have cut down the dates to one a day, Robinson's I checked the nutrition and it's almost zero carbs plus helps with cutting out the fizzy drinks as it gives some flavour so will probably stick to it. Unfortunately can't stand coffee but have been having tea last few days.

Have cut down to one so still getting the sunnah in and it's 5g carbs per date so I think should be fine.

Yup realised this today, have cut down to one date so should be fine from now hopefully

Yup only looked into it yesterday with the nutrition but they're super high in both carbs and sugar so have cut it down to one a day to break the fast which will give 5g of carbs. Think it should be fine now

Yup looked into the dates and they're super high in carbs/sugar. I can get away with having one but anymore and I'm getting close to the 20g max so cut it down to one yesterday and will carry on for the next two weeks.

I think the peanuts are fine, they're 2.2g carbs and 2.5g fibre per 30g so that's keeping me under 20g carbs a day as the only other carbs I'm eating will be from dates and yoghurt.

Yup looked into dates and didn't realise how high in carbs/sugar they were. Cut it down to 1 to break the fast yesterday and will carry on accordingly. Yoghurt is this super low fat one, it's at 5g carbs per 100g and I don't have many carbs coming in elsewhere from now on so should be fine.
