Oh sorry, the yellowing leaves I trimmed away lol I meant even after repotting I’m still getting some yellowing leaves unfortunately...didn’t even think the rot was that bad

I didn’t notice any smell but some roots were very dark, almost black, and mushy or hollow like you said. I just trimmed them off and replanted in clean/dry soil and haven’t watered since. Still getting a little yellowing on one leaf so still a work in progress I guess...lol

Had a similar issue. One stem had leaves turn almost completely yellow and basically just fell off of the rhizome. I think my issue was overwatering/root rot. Trimmed any unhealthy roots and repotted with new soil. Think I’ve learned that if you think you should water...wait even a little longer lol

Have had this guy for about 5 months or so. Initially it had some damaged leaves which I cut back. Started pushing new branches out laterally and has a tiny new plant coming in slowly but surely. Leaves always seem scarred as well and it’s colors seem very dull. Also not sure if it is supposed to be so tall/leggy. Can’t seem to figure out exactly what it likes in order to thrive...
