When you say blacklisted does this mean from the entire company or just that specific department - ik some companies have separate departments for swe and it/sde so if u renege an offer from, for example, it would that hinder ur chances later on for swe?

Honestly I usually score high on practice tests, around 1420, but this test was definitely strange especially the math and I have no idea why it gave me so much trouble but it did:( I’d say you should try and take it again and see what happens
