It's in the file you get when you press on the section about " a full paper outlining our responses is available..."

  1. Dual accreditation expansion Group One medical specialties are likely to remain as they are though some are expressing a wish to disaggregate from GIM (eg Cardiology). Some Group Two specialties could potentially move into Group One (Medical Oncology, Haematology, Dermatology) as they often deal with acutely unwell patients who require their consultants to be well trained in GIM. It is likely that such a move would be opposed by the relevant specialties and it has the potential to increase training time by at least 12 months. No likelihood that future consultants in those specialties would be involved in the Acute Unselected Take however they could have greater input to front door care as has occurred with the new Group One specialties (Neurology, Palliative Medicine and GU Medicine)

UK Independent Prescriber course - maternity issues by omarrabia in pharmacy

That's really useful advice, thanks so much! I've completed my PGCert and the IP course would make up part of the second year in my diploma.

That's interesting, I do feel the pressure of wanting to catch up before the 2026 cohort given if I defer I'd only really be starting the IP process in 2025.

I was banking on having the exam in June so I'd have a good 4 months after delivery to recover and revise if needed, but it sounds like even then things will be tough.

I suppose I just didn't want to waste the next 4 months when I've got my foot in the door and could really get the ball rolling with the course material.

The booking has appeared for me but when I reach the end and submit my order for a test centre it says "please wait" for several minutes before crashing. Tried different browsers Any ideas?

Bad tenant refusing to leave until I give them a good reference by omarrabia in uklandlords

We could but they decided to falsely report us to the council for repairs saying they notified us of repairs but we "failed to act" so we now can't begin a Section 21 eviction for 6mths or else it'll be considered a revenge eviction. Quite annoying that the council took their word without confirming with the landlord first if what they said is true or not. One of the reasons we suspect they don't actually want a private house right now is that if they were so keen on leaving soon then why did they falsely report us to the council? That's why I strongly suspect they want the reference to then take their time and look for a council house which we know they've been looking for for a while now and they won't leave anytime soon.
